1. Non-Refundable Payments

We at uparwala.one, do not entertain refunds under any circumtances

All payments made for horoscope subscriptions or astrology consultations are non-refundable. This includes:

• Incorrect user-provided details
• Dissatisfaction with prediction or advice
• Missed or delayed service access

2. No Cancellation

Once a subscription or consultation service has begun, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

3. Rescheduling Consultations

Rescheduling may be permitted only at the astrologer's discretion. If the subscriber fails to attend a scheduled session, no refund or adjustment will be given.

4. Finality of Outcomes

Uparwala does not guarantee any outcomes from predictions or remedies. The user/subscriber accepts full responsibility for their interpretation and use of the information provided.

5. Dispute Handling

Any disputes may be submitted for review. Uparwala will assess the situation and try to offer a suitable resolution. However, the final decision made by Uparwala management shall be binding and cannot be challenged further.
