Terms and Conditions – Uparwala

1. Services Offered

Uparwala provides:

• Daily horoscope updates via WhatsApp after successful subscription.
• Personalized astrology consultations available for additional fees, which vary by astrologer.

2. Subscription Plans

• Monthly: ₹101 + 18% GST
• Yearly: ₹1100 + 18% GST
• Consultation fees are separate and set by individual astrologers.

3. Personal Data Collection

To provide accurate horoscope and Kundli services, we collect:

• Full Name
• Date, Time, and Place of Birth
• WhatsApp Number
• Other relevant personal inputs

4. Use of Service

Services are provided digitally via WhatsApp or other online communication channels. Consultations are offered based on astrologer availability.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Any advice, guidance, or remedy shared by Uparwala should not be taken as a guaranteed or accurate representation of results. Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances. Uparwala does not ensure or promise any specific result and is solely a prediction platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

If any mishappening or adverse result occurs from using our services, it will be entirely the user/subscriber’s responsibility. Uparwala and its team are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our predictions or suggestions.

7. Refund and Cancellation

All payments made to Uparwala for subscriptions or consultations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of dissatisfaction or outcome. Cancellations are not allowed once a service begins.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any concern or dispute, the subscriber may contact Uparwala to raise the issue. Uparwala will review the matter and attempt to offer a solution. However, in any and/or all disputes, the decision taken by Uparwala management shall be final and binding on all users. No further claims shall be entertained once the decision is made.
